While Lord Recluse maintains communication with the Rikti through my erstwhile colleague Ambassador Kuhr'Rekt, not all factions of the inter-dimensional pest actually respect the rule of Arachnos in the Rogue Isles.It was one such faction that Operative Grillo sent me after this evening.
