Content: Subject "Master Zaprobo" has now completed his rotation into the Grandville Fab as per orders of Black Scorpion and is now to be reassigned to his previous Arbiter/Researcher post after field work on Arachnoid Project 0652/B is complete.
Recommend that the subject is no longer monitored by Security as he is known to intercept such transmission. Additionally recommend that all records of his incarceration are expunged, as his rank of Arbiter would otherwise allow access.
